spearheading cocktail program. Focusing on innovative cocktails with twists on classics & collaborations with the kitchen.
Compliments of Elisabeth, we have a house ginger beer, and a house tonic made
from cinchona bark, black peppercorns, coriander, allspice, & citrus.
Elisabeth has also created many types of bitters for Jack's.
Bitters are aromatic essences used for flavoring cocktails in drops or dashes similar to the way salt & pepper accent food.
